The San Francisco housing market is known for being notoriously difficult. On February 15th, USA Today posted an article with advice for residents about ways to stay in their homes without destroying their budget. The advice includes tips about negotiating lease terms, utilizing Airbnb, and seeking housing counseling. The article also features SFHDC’s CEO David Sobel as he mentions some of the housing and financial counseling services offered by SFHDC.
