In partnership with Mercy Housing and LMS Architects, SFHDC was selected as lead developer for the Candlestick Point Block 11a. The development will include 153 units with 30% reserved for formerly homeless families, including transitional-aged youth. The building will include approximately 15,000 square feet of first floor retail, in addition to ground-level parking and an outdoor community area located on the podium level. Construction is scheduled to begin in November 2018.
