Do You Know an Everyday Hero?

Help us honor your everyday hero!

We all know them. They were the bright spot in a dark year.  That person who has spent the last year working to make things better.   We want to know them and celebrate the actions of your everyday hero and they might be selected to be celebrated at the upcoming Everyday Heroes event SFHDC 2021 GALA this September 24th.

    The rules are simple:

Think of someone who, in the time since the start of the pandemic began, your hero has committed a selfless act(s) for their community, neighbors, or family for no other reason than it was the right thing to do.  Now with that person in mind, fill out the entry form and tell us about them. Tell us why they are your hero and tell us their story.   All qualifying submissions will be shared and celebrated on the SFHDC site and social channels and entered to win the title of Extraordinary Everyday Hero.

All nominations must be recieved by September 10th at 5pm to be considered.
Thank you to our previous sponsors.
