ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Please be advised:
To submit an application for a BMR property in San Francisco, The Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOHCD) also requires that you obtain a pre-approval from a lender approved by MOHCD https://sfmohcd.org/lender-list AFTER you have completed all education and counseling requirements. Please allow at least 2 weeks to obtain your pre-approval from a lender approved by MOHCD. SFHDC does not have control over the lenders’ schedules, but it has been our experience that it can take up to 2 weeks to meet with a MOHCD-approved lender and obtain a pre-approval. Please plan accordingly.
Eligibility and program participation requirements must be met before completing your program application.
