Because of the ever-increasing housing crisis in San Francisco, SFHDC is working to provide stable, safe and affordable housing options for families in need. SFHDC is proud of our diverse portfolio of housing development projects, including nearly 400 affordable and below market rate homes for purchase or rent. These housing opportunities have benefitted hundreds of very low-, low- and middle-income families, allowing them to remain in San Francisco and their community.
