168 Sickles Ave (SSP)

As part of the City’s Small Sites Program (SSP), SFHDC completed its second acquisition in early 2021. The 12 units are split between 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. Current residents have lived at 168 Sickles for as long as 25 years, with an average of 13 years.
