Bayview Commons Apartments is a mixed-use project of 30 affordable apartments over ground-floor commercial space.
Bayview Commons also serves as the home office location for SFHDC. SFHDC combined several sources of financing to develop a mixed-use project of 30 affordable apartments over ground floor commercial and community space in Bayview Hunters Point.
This project was financed by San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing, San Francisco Redevelopment Agency CAL FED, Wells Fargo Bank, Housing Opportunities for Personas with AIDS Program, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and Federal Home Loan Bank – AHP.
