In partnership with Mercy Housing and LMS Architects, SFHDC was selected by The OCII Commission as lead developer for the Candlestick Point Block 11a. The development will include 153 units with 30% reserved for formerly homeless families, including transitional-aged youth. The building will include approximately 15,000 square feet of first-floor retail, in addition to ground-level parking and an outdoor community area located on the podium level. Construction is scheduled to begin in November 2018.
