Fillmore Marketplace consists of 120 units of low-income family rental housing in the Western Addition. Residents are renters earning between 40% – 60% AMI. This project was financed by Citibank, San Francisco Redevelopment Agency, Wells Fargo Bank, Mayor’s Office of Housing, and Low Income Housing Tax Credits. The Filmore Marketplace is a joint venture with SFHDC and Related Companies of California.
