Khendria Williams
Khendria Williams brings over 10 years of experience in property management, with a strong specialization in Single Room Occupancy (SRO) buildings and family housing within RAD (Rental Assistance Demonstration) and PBV (Project-Based Voucher) sites. Throughout her career in property management, she developed extensive knowledge in regulatory compliance, tenant relations, occupancy management, lease enforcement, rent calculations, recertifications, and maintaining stable housing environments for diverse populations. Working within affordable housing programs allowed her to gain a deep understanding of HUD guidelines, MOHCD requirements, and the unique challenges residents face in subsidized housing communities.
She currently serves as a Resident Services Coordinator with SFHDC at Hunters Point West - Oakdale. Transitioning from property management into resident services has allowed her to expand impact beyond compliance and operations into direct community engagement, service coordination, and advocacy. In my current role, she focuses on strengthening family bonds, increasing access to resources, and building meaningful partnerships that enhance the overall well-being of residents.
